摘要

采用不同锻造比进行了4Cr5MoSiV1SrW新型锻造模具钢的锻造试验,并进行了磨损和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随锻造比从2增大到6,模具钢的磨损和冲击性能都先提高后下降。4Cr5MoSiV1SrW新型锻造模具钢的锻造比优选为4。与锻造比2相比,当锻造比为4时模具钢的磨损体积减小24%、冲击功增大70%。

Abstract

The forging tests of 4Cr5MoSiV1SrW forging die steel with different forging ratios were carried out, and the wear and impact properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that the wear and impact properties of the die steel increase first and then decrease with the increase of forging ratio from 2 to 6. The optimized forging ratio of 4Cr5MoSiV1SrW new forging die steel is at 4. Compared with forging ratio at 2, when the forging ratio is at 4, the wear volume of the die steel decreases by 24% and the impact work increases by 70%.
