The essence of education is about values, and its connotation is reflected in whether the value orientation of transmission is internalized into students' independent cognition and externalized into their conscious practice. Ideological and political education is recessive education, so that the values contained in ideological and political elements can infiltrate students' ideological and moral character, become the spiritual law that affects their growth and development throughout their life, and achieve the goal of "moral education". This paper takes the flight attendant major in higher vocational colleges as the research target, analyzes the significance of courses of ideological and political education, discusses the significance of ideological and political education into professional practical training teaching, and puts forward targeted reform measures, so as to cultivate excellent all-round talents for the aviation service industry.
