Intra-party education in enterprises is an important section of enterprise ideological construction. Carrying out
intra-party education can provide a strong political guarantee and political guidance for the development of enterprises, so
that enterprise employees can establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, strengthen the sense of enterprise
service, ensure that enterprises develop along the socialist direction, and ensure that the Party's line, principles and policies
take root in the enterprise. At present, the intra-party education of enterprises focuses on business over party building, and the
phenomenon of "two skins" is serious; the party building method is old-fashioned, and the educational content lacks
innovation; there is a lack of dedicated personnel for ideological and political education, and the intra-party education team
lags behind. Enterprises should pay close attention to the guidance of political construction and consolidate the ideological
foundation; innovate the form of party building work and stimulate the production vitality of enterprises; promote the
integration of party building and business, and strive to build an integration mechanism.
