  • Current Situation and Innovative Strategy on the Management of State-owned Property in Colleges

    Nowadays, the management of state-owned property in college is complex, so the innovation on relevant management is imperative. Therefore, based on reality, this paper focus on the innovative strategy on assets management. Firstly, based on the operation of buildings, equipment, school-run enterprise, assets disposal, capital, contract management and project management, the current situation of state-owned property is analyzed, ways to perfect the supervision mechanism of state-owned enterprises are discussed. Thus, management of asset formation, asset use, asset flow and asset disposal management measures are strengthened and perfected.
  • Application of Modern Information Technology in Vocational Education

    Vocational education is the outcome of development of modern education and needs to keep up with the pace of social development. In recent years, modern information technology has been applied to vocational education and the content has become more colorful. The application of modern information technology is only way for vocational college to develop. Based on which, this paper discusses the benefit to use information technology and problems from two aspects, the principles from three aspect. And finally, this paper studies the effective integration of vocational education and modern information technology from three aspects, which could be reference.

    Under the realistic demand and historical background of eliminating the "five principles" of scientific research incentive in higher vocational colleges, the achievement transformation in Chongqing higher vocational colleges should continue to be paid enough attention and strengthened. However, due to a series of problems in the higher vocational colleges themselves and the social environment, at present, Chongqing higher vocational colleges achievement transformation road strength and incentive mechanism formation are still in the exploration and improvement stage. This paper discusses the main problems, three-one-three implement approaches in achievement transformation and linkage of government and college, puts forward some concrete ideas and solutions are put forward, which can be used for reference by higher vocational colleges and administrative departments.

    With the coming of the great era of domestic asset management and the increasing diversification and complexity of residents' investment behaviors, consumer finance has become the focus of domestic scholars' attention. This paper starts from the concept of consumer finance and relies on the domestic and foreign consumer finance research literature in recent years, reviews the effects of consumer finance on consumers from the perspectives of consumption decision, credit and asset allocation. In view of the shortcomings of current domestic consumer finance research institutes, the future research in the field of consumer finance in China is prospected.

  • Salt and pepper noise image denoising based on L1 norm and adaptive total variation

    To solve the problem that the classical total variation model can’t effectively preserve the image edge information when performing salt and pepper denoising, an image denoising method based on L1 norm and adaptive total variation regularization for pepper and salt noise is proposed. In this method, an explicit salt and pepper denoising model is constructed on the basis of total variation and image denoising model, and the adaptive regularization parameters are calculated by using the average value of noise pixels to effectively retain the image edge information. Finally, the original dual gradient algorithm is used to solve the display model, which makes the numerical solution closer to the original image. The experimental results show that, compared with other methods, this method is better than the contrast method in PSNR and SSIM, and can effectively remove the high-density salt and pepper noise.
