    For higher vocational college, traditional culture education should be an important part of their teaching, while, there is deficiency in present situation, which have influence on the teaching quality. In this paper, the deficiency and problem of traditional culture education was put forward by the author, according to real reason, effective countermeasure are proposed to promote teaching level.

    AA6061 alloy, for the high corrosion resistance, enjoy a high level of application in military industrial. The development of Al alloy demands for the higher strength and toughness, thus we combined finite element analysis and experimental method, focusing on the study of stress distribution and structure and mechanical properties via 80 passes asymmetric rolling. The results indicate that the yield stress after 80 passes rolling with total reduction of 9.8% has doubled compared to the initial state without drastically decrement of uniform elongation, the slight reduction per pass has led to stress concentration at the surface which constitutes a dense layer of low angle grain boundary observed by EBSD. The enhancement of sample is attributed sub-grain boundary gradient consists of low angle grain boundary, the ductility remains rather moderate is ascribed by the motion of dislocations in the large grain towards the inner part of the sample.

    The forging tests of 4Cr5MoSiV1SrW forging die steel with different forging ratios were carried out, and the wear and impact properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that the wear and impact properties of the die steel increase first and then decrease with the increase of forging ratio from 2 to 6. The optimized forging ratio of 4Cr5MoSiV1SrW new forging die steel is at 4. Compared with forging ratio at 2, when the forging ratio is at 4, the wear volume of the die steel decreases by 24% and the impact work increases by 70%.

    In this paper, the shape of the body parts of the beam is summarized, and the beam parts are simplified into seven types of structural forms. CAE analysis of it, the springback value of each structure is summarized. In order to evaluate the uniformity of springback in each beam, the uniformity evaluation criteria are worked out. Provide guidance for the development of beam type parts for the following models.

    Aimed at the shortcomings of accuracy and poor automation of the external counterpulsation device, an 

    automatic optimization method of the external counterpulsation device treatment effect is presented. Developed

     a ECG wave and temporal pulse wave acquisition and processing circuit, A fast and efficient R-wave recognition algorithm is designed based on ECG R-wave feature. The searching algorithm is designed according to the characteristic points of the temporal pulse before and after counterpulsation. The method of evaluating the 

    effect of external counterpulsation device was put forward. According to the acquired ECG and temporal pulse 

    wave characteristic points, an automatic optimization algorithm of the external counterpulsation device was 

    obtained, test results show that the algorithm has obtained the best counterpulsation effect,while greatly improving the external counterpulsation  device, the degree of automation. This automatic optimization algorithm and device has a good reference value and application prospects.

    To construct a normalized mechanism which ensure talents training in academy autonomously, general office of the Ministry of Education published Notice on the Establishment of Teaching Diagnosis and Improvement in Vocational Colleges(2015) and The Internal Quality Assurance System Diagnosis and Improvement Guidance Plan of Higher Vocational Colleges(2015). From fall in 2015, the system of diagnosis and improvement of teaching in higher vocational colleges was carried forward nationwide. The college author works launched teaching quality internal diagnosis and improvement in 2017, after two years’ practice, a mechanism was established, that is by means of diagnosis and improvement,complete and relatively independent self-quality assurance at different levels of schools, majors, courses, teachers and students. The key to activate the mechanism is 8 QI spiral. This paper is aimed at using this mechanism in Java Advanced Programming course to motivate its internal driving force and improve teaching quality.
