For higher vocational college, traditional culture education should be an important part of their teaching, while, there is deficiency in present situation, which have influence on the teaching quality. In this paper, the deficiency and problem of traditional culture education was put forward by the author, according to real reason, effective countermeasure are proposed to promote teaching level.
The forging tests of 4Cr5MoSiV1SrW forging die steel with different forging ratios were carried out, and the wear and impact properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that the wear and impact properties of the die steel increase first and then decrease with the increase of forging ratio from 2 to 6. The optimized forging ratio of 4Cr5MoSiV1SrW new forging die steel is at 4. Compared with forging ratio at 2, when the forging ratio is at 4, the wear volume of the die steel decreases by 24% and the impact work increases by 70%.
Aimed at the shortcomings of accuracy and poor automation of the external counterpulsation device, an
automatic optimization method of the external counterpulsation device treatment effect is presented. Developed
a ECG wave and temporal pulse wave acquisition and processing circuit, A fast and efficient R-wave recognition algorithm is designed based on ECG R-wave feature. The searching algorithm is designed according to the characteristic points of the temporal pulse before and after counterpulsation. The method of evaluating the
effect of external counterpulsation device was put forward. According to the acquired ECG and temporal pulse
wave characteristic points, an automatic optimization algorithm of the external counterpulsation device was
obtained, test results show that the algorithm has obtained the best counterpulsation effect,while greatly improving the external counterpulsation device, the degree of automation. This automatic optimization algorithm and device has a good reference value and application prospects.
