  Analysis of the development status of Chongqing's industrial clusters under the background of the “Belt and Road”

  Various industries in Chongqing have developed rapidly with the launch of the “Belt and Road”initiative. In order to improve their competitiveness, companies in the industrial supply chain began to cooperate and gather in space, forming industrial clusters such as automobiles, motorcycles, electronic information, medicine, and chemicals. This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of Chongqing industrial clusters under the background of the “Belt and Road” initiative, and lays a foundation for enterprises and governments to define the future industrial development direction.

  Algorithm of Human Simulated Intelligent Control for Incinerator Combustion Process Temperature in Urban Household Garbage

  Aimed at the puzzle of high content for discharge pollutants in city garbage incineration, the paper explored a sort of human simulated intelligent algorithm of temperature control in incineration process. In the paper, it made the anatomy of reasons resulted in garbage incomplete combustion and flue gas emission pollution as well as secondary pollution etc, discussed the conditions of incineration stability control, summarized up the cybernetics characteristics of the incineration process, studied on the intelligent control strategy of incineration process, and constructed a sort of control algorithm based on human simulated intelligence. Taken a two order with lag model as an example, the simulation experiment demonstrated that it would be strong in anti-jamming ability, good in process control quality. The results of simulation research show that the proposed control algorithm is feasible and effective for temperature control of incinerator process.
